A successful product launch is critical to a brand’s performance. In the UAE, hypermarkets (A class outlets) and neighbourhood supermarkets (B class outlets) are a key source for consumer purchases. There are over 300 A and B class outlets across the country and the listing & rental policies differ by outlets. Different listing charges and space availabilities may apply to branches as well. We realize that achieving maximum product distribution along with good shelf visibility can get challenging particularly when introducing new products in the market. We therefore work with suppliers in listing new products in both A and B class markets. With 17 years of FMCG experience, we have developed long standing relations with store owners and managers. Keeping in mind the local and regional requirements, we have separate warehouses for each of our branches in Dubai, Muscat and Salalah. This helps us meet our local & regional clients needs & stock deliveries effectively and avoid delays. Each branch also has its own delivery fleet of various sizes and is food compliant.
Every region in the UAE & Oman is handled by a separate sales team. Our sales team comprises of people of varying calibre and background and are allocated to handle retail accounts based on their experience, knowledge and language skills. All Our sales people have years of experience in FMCG industry and have developed good rapport with various outlet managers. This facilitates better communication with outlet managers and enables us to better manage our merchandise, promotion and product listing & placement.
